About Us

With more than forty years of experience in the hospitality and employee benefits industries, we are the strong strategic partners you need to propel your people business and profits.

OUR BELIEFS & MISSION

Beliefs

We believe that health care costs are escalating because there is no transparency or cost accountability in the current system and that regulatory compliance under the Affordable Care Act is complex. We also believe that existing plan designs do not account for the unique nature of the hospitality industry and workforce, which reduces the opportunity to provide programs that treat associates like family.

Our core purpose is to challenge the status quo and entrenched interests of the healthcare industry and to support the hospitality industry by offering:

  • Unmatched hospitality industry knowledge. We design our benefit programs with input from actual hospitality data and more than 40 years of industry experience.
  • The most competitively priced benefit plans based on pricing power.
  • A first-tier national network supplemented with a regional strength to ensure no one gets left behind.
  • High touch services that integrate seamlessly into hospitality operations.
  • Innovative and robust predictive modeling technology solutions that allow our team to understand population risks and mitigate potential future costs.

Our Mission and Promise

  • We will devote ourselves to reducing and then containing your hospitality medical costs.
  • We will always act with integrity.
  • We will provide best-of-class advice to achieve flawless ACA compliance.
  • We will devote ourselves to the highest touch and level of service to ensure that you can rest easy and that your employees are taken care of.
  • We will passionately help you to treat hospitality employees like family within your means.
  • We will operate on the cutting edge of technology to accurately predict and control your medical costs and to seamlessly help your employees become better stewards of their own health.
